Wonderful relaxing experience. Sam makes you so welcomed. Relaxing sounds playing in background, warm cosy room. Highly recommend the facial reflexology, never been so relaxed.

April 9th 2026 .....just been to have reflexology by Sam .....wow ....Absolutely unbelievable.....mega relaxing ...tranquil...and that total forget everything moment ,so so so goooooood .My feet and lower legs feel totally transformed to when I was about 10 not 60 + .......Sam you are far far far by far better than I ever remembered.....Awesome

Sam is simply wonderful & full of knowledge! The most welcoming and relaxing setting puts you at ease the moment you walk in. For a busy mum who suffers from migraines and a lot of back pain this is perfect, she has really focussed on my problem areas and can honestly say she has helped me massively! I always leave feeling totally relaxed & like a weight has lifted, couldn’t recommend enough!

My first time with Sam & I can guarantee it will not be the last. Sam has made reflexology an art form. Not only is her presence warm & comforting she has a ability to make you feel extremely comfortable. Her attention to detail is second to none, such a soothing treatment room & the most comfortable couch I have ever witnessed.
The treatment itself was totally outstanding guided by intuitive wisdom, you can immediately tell she is an experienced practitioner.
This is no ordinary reflexogist, her touch is gentle although firm, her hands guide her to all the right places.
Being a reflexogist myself I was very impressed with our session.
I am from out of town, I was experiencing foot pain due to a health muscle & nerve health concern I have, plus I have had a stressful week, soon as I was in Sams company I forgot it all .
I felt so invigorated by the treatment I decided to adventure into town, which I haven't yet done since my stay in Fakenham as my body was rebelling.

I've known and worked with Sam at her other job for just over ten years now. Then a few years back she said "She has always wanted to do reflexology" as a work colleague I told her to follow her dreams. So she heavily invested in college and intense training courses. I helped her as much as I could with her studies (as she was doing at work as well) SAM IS VERY DEDICATED to doing this. I must say I am a sceptic and sceptical about reflexology UNTIL I had my first session 31/03/2023.
BUT I must tell you it was amazing. I was very relaxed in her treatment room, the warmth and smells were fantastic. Sam told me things that I have never shared with anyone (even my wife). When I left It was like I was walking on air.
If you've thought about having reflexology don't hesitate .. contact Sam and get it done. You won't regret it.
I will return.

Sam put me at ease straight away and her treatment room is relaxing and comfortable. The treatment itself was amazing and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I would highly recommend Sam and will continue to visit at least once a month.

Another fantastic session with the lovely Sam. It's amazing how few migraines I get since go for regular monthly sessions and I always leave feeling totally relaxed. Sam is friendly, intuitive and very professional, I highly recommend her to anyone considering having reflexology.
